ESSENTIAL SKILLS

This would need to be an experienced construction person, preferable with an Engineering background, who can work alone and represent Construction at Project Management and Client level during proposals and early stages of a project in the home office

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

A senior position with specific responsibility for the following:

• Represent Construction on proposals and front end projects, prior to execution award
• Development of construction execution strategies
• Prepare construction narratives for input into proposals
• Development of construction estimates for proposals
• Provision of construction planning input to project schedules
• Establish constructability programmes and implementation

Participate in plot plan, model and rigging reviews
