Provides leadership to the Estimating team in the development of preliminary and definitive estimates based on specific technologies, processes, labor availability and productivity, material prices, and complexity of project, based on historical data on file, and/or personal experience. Responsible for the personal development of direct reports on a project. Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Technical or equivalent discipline and 12 years of experience.
