General:
To develop his / her knowledge in Process Engineering and the interface with all other technical groups and to participate in the company training program. To prepare engineering calculations under supervision. To carry out all tasks assigned in the role of assistant to more senior engineering staff. Is committed to learning the principles of safe process design. Is committed to understanding and working with the principles of PEM. Is learning and becoming aware of Company Procedures and Departmental Methods and Guidelines and knows the fundamentals of their application.
Documentation:
Develops process deliverables under the direction of others: - Equipment Lists, - Equipment Process Data Sheets, - Process Descriptions, - Engineering Flow Diagrams (P&IDs), - Utility Flow Diagrams, - Instrument Process Data, - Relief Dosser, - Line Lists, - Instrument Descriptions of Matrix, - Operating Manuals, - Engineering Design Calculations.
Authorities:
Prepares deliverables for submission to Authorities under the guidance of others. Job requirements Essential Qualifications and Experience Required:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent). Fluent in the English and Dutch languages; proficiency in the German language would be of added value. Is thoroughly familiar with word processing, spread sheeting and electronic communication software. Is familiar with the basic application of simulation software (such as ASPEN). Personal Qualities:
Assertive, enthusiastic, pro-active and creative. Good at working as part of a team. Good at developing relations, both internally and externally. Flexible with regards to work tasks. HSE conscious.

In view of the international character of our business, candidates shall be flexible to perform activities in other countries as required. Worldwide mobility applies to business trips, short and long term assignments.
