The duties and responsibilities of the Process Engineer include:

Execute front-end process engineering work, basic engineering and detailed engineering activities with minimum guidance of others.
Preparation or development of process deliverables to a high technical standard whilst assisting the senior staff in providing direction to other, including:
- Process Flow Diagrams,
- Heat and Material Balance,
- Process Design Basis and Criteria,
- Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs),
- Equipment List and Data Sheets,
- Process Instrument Data,
- Relief Dossiers,
- Line List,
- Safeguarding and Control Descriptions,
- Operating Manuals,
- Process Engineer Calculations and Studies.
Participate in start-up and commissioning activities if required.
Participate in HAZOP sessions and SIL classification.
Job requirements Essential Qualifications and Experience Required:

MSc or BSc in Chemical Engineering.
7+ years experience as a Process Engineer of which minimum 5 years relevant experience in the contracting business.
Good overview of project execution from feasibility study through detail engineering.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
Fluent in the English and Dutch languages; proficiency in the German language would be of added value.
