Roles & Responsibilities

• Translates Client  requirements into project/business goals
• Acts as the Project Manager for a large package in a LS (EPC) or LSTK project
• Prepares, completes and manages high quality project execution plans
• Pro-actively manages the total project in particular the risks and opportunities in the various areas (people, execution, business etc.)
• Leads/ manages and aligns the various parties (internal and external), which directly or indirectly are involved in the project
• Manages/ meets financial  and Client targets (costs, profits, TIC, LCC etc.)
• Ensures that project execution fully complies with contractual commitments.
• Identifies, manages, mitigates/exploits Risks and Opportunities
• Pro-actively initiates/promotes a business/ commercial attitude on the project
• Develops, maintains and fosters internal and external relations
• Acts as Interface Manager on a PMC project
