Role & Responsiblities: Provide/ensure a consistent approach to all functions of estimating for both tenders and contracts. Prepare concise estimates indicating all required financial information available. Preparation of the Initial Control Estimate as a basis for Cost Control. Future forecasts and trends can be developed in support of the Project Cost Engineering function. Maintain and update estimating statistics, methods and data, providing a comprehensive and reliable source of information. Ensuring that all classifications of estimates are developed where necessary, basic costs are defined and comply with specifications. Provide input into Risk Analysis and prepare Cash Flow Prepare estimate for Management reviews and approvals.

Requirements

Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Essential: At least 5 years experience in an Estimating role or closely related role. High level of competence in the use of Microsoft Office suite and other IT systems. High level of experience in the production of all types of estimates. Understanding of the engineering workflow for a project, and manage priorities. Good interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capable of managing own work and that of others. Preferred: Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification Other Requirements: Mobility required for business trips across Europe and internationally and occasional short term assignments
