Under general supervision, the individual competently performs all aspects of cost control. Duties may include monitoring job progress according to schedules, identifying scope changes, developing and issuing project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures and completion reports, and/or all aspects of cost control. At this level the individual may provide some technical guidance, but not administrative supervision over less experienced personnel. Participates in the forecast process. Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree and 2-4 years of experience.
