Proficiency in Excel is required, to be able to:   Concatenate Cells Pivot tables - design and usage Macros Basic sheet manipulation Hyperlinks Proficiency in any Similar Completions Program to ICAPS, Ie: WinPCS, TOSTR, Takeover, etc. Responsibilities ·                     Responsibility for inputting information from the Engineering Registers into ICAPS (project completion software package for tracking status)   ·                     Compiling and inputting engineering data by System, itemize basic functions, equipment checks, etc. LNG Complex   ·                     Ensuring that the ICAPS Network is available to all parties that require it to do their work   ·                     Duties in the home office include the generation of procedures involving ICAPS and Turnover Procedures       ·                     Once the Commissioning team mobilizes to site, responsibilities will include the tracking of all commissioning activities and the generation of all Completion Dossiers ready for commissioning to handover of the various completion packages   ·                     Supervising the administration of the project punch-list   ·                     Auditing the content of the completion and handover packages to ensure their completeness during the various stages of transition   ·                     Reports directly to the Commissioning and Start-up Manager
